My journey into UX design started at the University of Ottawa, where I realized how important technology is in connecting humans and computers. That got me thinking about finding the perfect mix of communication, psychology, and art, which eventually led me to pursue a career in UX design.

Learning as a strategy, not a reaction

What sets me apart is how intentionally I learn. I treat learning as a design process: observing, iterating, and refining until I understand not just how something works, but why.

I learn by doing, but more importantly, by designing how I grow—spotting what I lack, seeking the right environment, and turning feedback into acceleration.

I truly admire her curiosity and commitment to deepening her understanding of the end-to-end design process. Her dedication and willingness to keep learning make her an inspiring collaborator!

Grace Y.

She thinks quickly under pressure and is an even faster learner. Her growth as a designer is remarkable—not only has she gained masterful control of design tools; she understands how best to use her toolkit to express an idea.

I dreamed of becoming a painter when I was young but stopped painting due to academic commitments. Now, I’ve picked up my pen again! :) In my free time, you can also find me playing the guitar or reading. Occasionally, I use my camera to capture the beautiful moments in life.
